If you're driving from Lisbon, take the A1 motorway towards Porto. After approximately 160 km, take exit 18 towards Soure. Follow the signs to Soure, which is about a 20-minute drive from the exit. Once you enter the town, follow the signs to Largo do Castelo, where the castle is located. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
From Lisbon, take a train from the Santa Apolónia or Oriente station to the town of Coimbra. Trains to Coimbra run frequently and the journey takes about 2 hours. Upon arriving at Coimbra-B station, transfer to a local bus heading to Soure. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Soure, walk to Largo do Castelo, where the Castle of Soure is located.

If you're in Coimbra, you can take a direct bus to Soure from the Avenida de Emídio Navarro bus station. The bus service is operated by Rede Expressos. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Soure, walk to Largo do Castelo to reach the Castle.
