Walking
Starting from the main square, Praça do Giraldo, head southeast on Rua 5 de Outubro. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rua do Muro. Turn left onto Rua do Muro and continue walking for approximately 7 minutes. You will pass the beautiful Évora Cathedral on your right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida da Liberdade. Turn right onto Avenida da Liberdade and keep walking for another 5 minutes. Look for a small street on your left, Rua dos Mercadores. Turn left and walk straight for about 2 minutes. You will find Nicho do Senhor dos Terremotos on your right, set into a wall.

Public Transport - Bus
If you're near the bus terminal at Praça do Giraldo, take the local bus that heads towards Av. de São Sebastião. Check the bus schedule at the terminal for exact times. Once you board the bus, travel for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop for Avenida da Liberdade. From the bus stop, walk back along Avenida da Liberdade for about 3 minutes until you reach Rua dos Mercadores. Turn left onto Rua dos Mercadores, and Nicho do Senhor dos Terremotos will be on your right after a short walk.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Praça do Giraldo. Head southeast on Rua 5 de Outubro, then turn left onto Rua do Muro. Continue straight and then turn right onto Avenida da Liberdade. Cycle down Avenida da Liberdade for about 5 minutes until you reach Rua dos Mercadores. Turn left onto Rua dos Mercadores, and you will find Nicho do Senhor dos Terremotos on your right after a short distance.
