Bus
From Faro city center, head to the Faro Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Faro). You can walk there in about 10 minutes from the main square, Praça da República. Once at the bus station, look for the bus line heading to Albufeira. Make sure to check the schedule, as buses may not run frequently. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the stop 'Olhos de Água'. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach area, and you will find Estrada da Rocha Baixinha nearby along the coastal path.

Train and Bus
Start by walking to the Faro Train Station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center. Take a train heading towards Albufeira. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Albufeira-Ferreiras station. From there, catch the bus to Olhos de Água. The bus ride will take another 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Olhos de Água, follow the signs towards the beach, and you will find Estrada da Rocha Baixinha close to the shore.

If you're up for a longer walk, you can head to Olhos de Água from Faro. The distance is around 10 km, which will take approximately 2 hours. Follow the main road out of Faro heading towards Albufeira. After passing through some residential areas, you will eventually reach Olhos de Água. As you approach the coast, look for signs indicating Estrada da Rocha Baixinha. This route offers scenic views along the way.
