Getting There

  • Bus

    From Faro, head to the Faro Bus Station located at Avenida da República. You can take the bus number 16 (also known as 'Linha 16') from Faro to Quarteira. The journey takes approximately 35-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Quarteira, get off at the 'Quarteira' stop. From there, walk towards the beach area and head to the Vilamoura Marina, following signs for 'Marina de Vilamoura'. The Vilamoura Watersports Centre is located at Office 5, Cais Q, Marina de Vilamoura.

  • Train and Walk

    From Faro, walk to the Faro Train Station. Take a train to the 'Loulé' station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Loulé, take a taxi to Vilamoura, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Alternatively, if you prefer walking, from the train station you can also walk to Vilamoura, which is about 7 km away, but it may take about 1.5 - 2 hours.
