From Faro city center, head to the main bus station, Terminal Rodoviário de Faro, located at Avenida da República. Look for the bus routes to Vilamoura, which are typically operated by the company EVA Transportes. Purchase a ticket to Vilamoura. The buses run approximately every hour. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vilamoura bus station, follow the signs to the Marina, which is about a 15-minute walk straight ahead.

You can take a taxi from anywhere in Faro to Marina de Vilamoura. Simply hail a taxi or call a local taxi service. The trip will take around 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Provide the driver with the address: Avenida Rocha Baixinha Escritórios, Marina de Vilamoura, S/N, 8125-409 Quarteira. The fare should be around €30-€40.

Head to Faro train station (Estação Ferroviária de Faro) located near the city center. Take a train towards Loulé and get off at the Loulé station.
