Bus
From Faro city center, head to the bus terminal located at Avenida da República. Look for the bus line that goes towards Albufeira (Line 1 or 2). Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or from the bus driver. The bus journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Fonte de Paderne'. After getting off, walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will see the entrance to Fonte de Paderne on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Faro. Start your journey from the city center, heading north towards Rua de Portugal. Follow signs to the N125 road, which you will take towards Albufeira. Continue along the path designated for bicycles, and after about 10 km, you will reach Fonte de Paderne. Park your bike at the designated area near the entrance.
Walking
For a scenic route, you can walk from Faro to Fonte de Paderne, which is about 10 km away. Start from Praça da República in the city center and head north towards the Rua de Portugal. Follow the signs for the N125 road, and after approximately 2 hours of walking, you'll arrive at Fonte de Paderne. The route is mostly flat and passes through beautiful landscapes, so enjoy the stroll!
