Bus
From Faro, head to the Faro Bus Station (Estação de Autobuses) located at Avenida da República. Take the bus to Tavira; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Tavira, head north on Avenida da Liberdade towards R. da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the first exit onto R. Damião Augusto de Brito Vasconcelos. The Igreja da Misericórdia will be on your left at number 2.
Train
From Faro, make your way to Faro Train Station (Estação Ferroviária de Faro) on Avenida da República. Board a train to Tavira; the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tavira Train Station, exit the station and head towards Av. da Liberdade. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto R. Damião Augusto de Brito Vasconcelos. The Igreja da Misericórdia will be on your left at number 2.

If you’re already in Tavira, you can walk to the Igreja da Misericórdia. Start from the center of Tavira, head towards Praça da República, and walk east along R. da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto R. Damião Augusto de Brito Vasconcelos. The church will be on your left at number 2.
