Walking
If you are starting from Faro city center, head towards the marina. From the marina, walk along Avenida da República towards the train station. Once you reach the train station, exit onto Avenida da Liberdade and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N125-4. Follow this road until you reach the signs for Praia dos Arrifes. The beach is a short walk from the road.
Bus
From Faro city center, walk to the main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Faro). Look for buses heading to Albufeira or Portimão, as they typically stop near Praia dos Arrifes. The bus ride takes about 25-30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the stop for Praia dos Arrifes. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading to the beach, which is a short walk away.
Bicycle
For a more adventurous route, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Faro. Start from the city center and head towards the waterfront. Follow the cycle paths along Avenida da República and then take N125-4. The ride to Praia dos Arrifes is about 5 km and should take around 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the beach once you near the area.
