Getting There

• Bus

  From Faro city center, walk to the Faro Bus Station located at Avenida da Republica. Take the bus to Albufeira; the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Albufeira, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Praia dos Pescadores, which is about a 20-minute walk. Head southeast on Avenida dos Descobrimentos towards Rua da Liberdade, then turn right onto Rua da Liberdade and continue straight until you reach the beach.

• Train and Bus

  Start from Faro Train Station located at Rua da Estação. Take a train towards Albufeira; trains run frequently and the journey lasts about 30 minutes. Upon reaching Albufeira Train Station, exit and walk to the nearby bus stop. Catch a local bus towards Praia dos Pescadores, which should take around 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is just a short walk from the beach once you arrive.

• Walking

  If you are staying in Albufeira, you can easily walk to Praia dos Pescadores. From the central area of Albufeira, head towards the coast by following signs for the beach. Walk along Avenida 25 de Abril, and you will see the signs directing you to Praia dos Pescadores. The walk is approximately 15 minutes from the central square.
