From the city center of Guimarães, walk to the Guimarães Bus Station located at Av. Dom Afonso Henriques. Take the bus number 2 towards Matosinhos. Once you board, enjoy the ride which will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the Matosinhos stop, which is the closest to Piscina das Marés. From there, walk about 10 minutes along Av. Liberdade, and you'll find Piscina das Marés on your left.
