Start from the center of Lamego, at Praça da República. Head east on Rua do Comércio until you reach the intersection with Avenida da Liberdade. Turn left onto Avenida da Liberdade and continue straight for about 1 km. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto N225-2. Follow this road for about 800 meters, and you will see signs for Caves da Raposeira. The caves are located on your left at Lugar da Raposeira, 5100-057 Lamego.

From the center of Lamego, walk to the nearest bus stop at Praça da República. Take the bus heading towards Peso da Régua (check local schedules for the exact bus numbers). Inform the driver you want to go to Caves da Raposeira. The bus will drop you off at the closest stop, and from there, you can walk about 500 meters to reach the caves, following the signs that direct you to Lugar da Raposeira.
