Walking
Start at the Lamego city center, specifically near the Lamego Cathedral (Sé de Lamego). From the cathedral, head northeast on Rua da Misericórdia, then turn left onto Rua de Santo António. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Avenida da República. Here, take a right and continue walking until you reach a bus stop for the local bus service to Pinhão. Board the bus heading to Pinhão. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the Pinhão bus station. From the bus station, head northeast on Rua da Estação. Follow the road until you reach the T-junction, then turn left onto N222. Continue walking along N222 for about 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for Quinta do Infantado. The winery will be on your right. It is a scenic walk along the Douro River, and you will enjoy beautiful vineyard views.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Lamego city center, make your way to the nearest bus stop where you can catch a bus to Pinhão. The closest major bus station is near the Igreja de Santa Maria (Church). Board the bus that heads towards Pinhão. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Pinhão bus station, exit and head northeast on Rua da Estação. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction, then turn left onto N222. Walk along N222 for about 1.5 kilometers, where you will find Quinta do Infantado on your right. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your return trip.
