Walking
From the center of Lamego, head southeast on Rua da República towards Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto N2. Follow N2 for about 1.5 km until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto N222. Continue on N222 for approximately 10 km. You will see Quinta do Panascal on your left side, marked clearly as a vineyard.

From Lamego city center, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Praça da República. Take the bus heading towards Peso da Régua (check local schedules for the exact bus number). Ride the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the stop closest to Valença do Douro. From the bus stop, head northeast on N222 for about 1 km. Quinta do Panascal will be on your right side.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Lamego. Start your journey by cycling southeast on Rua da República towards Praça da República. Continue on N2, then take the left fork onto N222. The cycling route is scenic and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Quinta do Panascal, which will be on your left after about 10 km.
