Take the Metro to the 'Rossio' station on the Green Line. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira. From there, head towards the Rua da Conceição, continuing straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Prata. Turn right on Rua da Prata, and continue straight until you see the large square, Praça do Comércio. Continue walking towards the river until you reach the 'Cais do Sodré' area, and then take the tram number 28 towards 'Graca'. Alight at the 'Largo Santo António da Sé' stop, which is right in front of the Church of Saint Anthony of Lisbon.

Head to the nearest bus stop and catch either the 735 or the 37 bus heading towards 'Largo do Camões'. Get off at 'Largo Santo António da Sé'. The Church of Saint Anthony of Lisbon will be directly in front of you once you exit the bus.
