From the heart of Alfama, head towards the main street called Rua da Regueira. Walk down this street until you reach the intersection with Rua da Senhora do Monte. Take a left on Rua da Senhora do Monte, and continue walking until you see the signs for Beco de Santa Helena. Follow the signs, and you will find yourself approaching Beco de Santa Helena 19, where the Observation Deck is located.
