Metro
To reach the Glória Funicular, take the Lisbon Metro to the 'Restauradores' station on the Blue Line. Upon exiting the station, head towards the square in front of you. Look for the Avenida da Liberdade (a major avenue) and walk towards it. Once you reach the square, you will see the Calçada da Glória street to your left. Walk up Calçada da Glória for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Glória Funicular at Calçada da Glória 51.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, find a bus stop that serves routes 202, 24 or 25. Board any of these buses and ask the driver to let you know when you reach 'Restauradores'. Once you get off the bus, you will be at the Restauradores square. From there, head towards Calçada da Glória street, which is to your left. Walk up the street for about 5 minutes until you arrive at the Glória Funicular at Calçada da Glória 51.
Tram
Another option is to take Tram 28, a popular tram route in Lisbon. Board the tram at any stop along its route that is convenient for you. Stay on the tram until you reach the 'Camarões' stop. Once you get off, walk down the hill towards the square, and then take a left onto Calçada da Glória. Walk up the street for about 5 minutes until you reach the Glória Funicular at Calçada da Glória 51.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the Bairro Alto or Chiado neighborhoods, you can walk to the Glória Funicular. Simply head towards the Restauradores square, then locate Calçada da Glória street. Walk up this street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Glória Funicular located at Calçada da Glória 51.
