Start your journey by taking the Lisbon Metro. Head to the nearest metro station and board the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards 'Santa Apolónia'. You will need to travel to the 'Cais do Sodré' station. The trip takes around 10 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Cais do Sodré', transfer to the Cascais Line (Linha de Cascais) at the train station located next to the metro station.

From 'Cais do Sodré', take a train towards 'Cascais'. Make sure to check the schedule as trains run frequently, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Stay on the train for about 20 minutes until you reach 'Algés' station.

Walking
Upon arriving at 'Algés' station, exit the train and head towards the exit sign. Once outside, turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Continue walking until you reach 'Avenida Pierre de Coubertin'. The Museu Nacional do Desporto is located at Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor, which will be on your left side. Look for the entrance of the museum, which is clearly marked.

If you prefer a bus, after arriving at 'Algés' station, you can catch a bus (number 727) from the bus stop located near the train station. Board the bus and get off at the stop 'Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor'. The museum will be a short walk from the bus stop.
