Start your journey at Cais do Sodré train station in Lisbon. Take the train towards the Cascais line and get off at the final station, which is Cascais. From there, transfer to the train heading to Seixal. You will need to take a few more stops. Once you arrive at Seixal, head towards the exit and follow the signs to the bus terminal.

Once at the Seixal bus terminal, look for bus line 116 or 122. Both buses will take you towards Praia do Seixal. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on the stops and alight at 'Praia do Seixal'. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to the beach area.
