Take the Lisbon Metro to the 'Baixa-Chiado' station (Blue Line). Once you exit the station, take the Rua do Ouro street towards the Praça do Comércio. Keep walking straight until you reach the Praça do Comércio. From there, head up the Rua da Alfândega until you reach the Miradouro de Santo Estêvão. The scenic viewpoint is located at Largo de Santo Estêvão.
