If you are driving, head towards Caniçal via the VR1 highway. From Funchal, take the VR1 towards Machico and continue until you reach the exit for Caniçal. Follow the signs for ER109. Once on ER109, continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to Miradouro do Pico do Facho. There is parking available near the viewpoint.
