From the center of Guimarães, head towards the Guimarães Train Station. Exit the train station and follow the signs towards the city center (Centro Histórico). Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Praça de Santiago, a small square. From there, continue straight on Rua de Santo António, crossing over the bridge. You will see signs directing you towards Porto. Follow the path that leads to the bus station.

From Guimarães, go to the Guimarães Bus Station located near the city center. Look for the bus that goes to Porto. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Porto Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Campo 24 de Agosto), exit the station and head towards the Avenida dos Aliados, which is a central street in Porto. It is a 15-minute walk straight from the bus terminal.

Head to the Guimarães Train Station from the city center. Purchase a ticket to Porto at the ticket machine or counter. Trains to Porto run regularly. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at São Bento Station in Porto, exit the station and walk straight down Rua de 31 de Janeiro. Continue walking until you reach Avenida dos Aliados, which is just a few minutes away.
