From the center of Peniche, head northwest on Avenida do Mar toward Rua da Liberdade. Continue on this road for about 2 km. After you pass the Peniche Marina, follow the signs for Baleal. You will take a right turn onto the N114 road, which leads directly to Baleal. As you arrive in Baleal, look for signs to Praia da Baía, which is located at the western end of the beach area. Parking is available nearby; however, be mindful that it may incur a small fee during peak season.

From the main bus terminal in Peniche, take the bus heading to Baleal. The bus service is operated by the company Rodoviária do Tejo and runs several times a day. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Baleal stop, which is the last stop on the route. Once you disembark, walk towards the beach; Praia da Baía is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary on weekends and holidays.
