If you are driving from the center of Peniche, head southwest on Avenida do Mar towards Rua dos Três Paus. Continue straight onto Rua da Liberdade. After about 1 km, follow the signs to Praia da Cova da Alfarroba. Turn right onto Estrada da Cova da Alfarroba, which will lead you directly to the beach. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a small fee during peak season.

To reach Praia da Cova da Alfarroba using public transport, start at the Peniche bus station. Take bus number 102 heading towards Baleal. Once you reach the Baleal stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km southwest towards Praia da Cova da Alfarroba. Follow the road signs directing you to the beach. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
