To reach Jardim das Águas Livres using public transport, head to the Portimão Bus Station. From there, take bus number 1, 2, or 3 towards 'Centro'. In approximately 10-15 minutes, disembark at the 'Escola Secundária' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Av. Miguel Bombarda for about 5 minutes. Jardim das Águas Livres will be on your right at number 11. Ensure you have a ticket, which costs around €1.50.
