    Getting There

    Metro

    From the city center, head to the São Bento Metro Station. Take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovídio. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Jardim do Morro station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for the upper level. Once you’re at the top, you will see a beautiful view of the Douro River and the city of Porto. Walk towards the left along the path, and you will reach Largo Dom Luís I, where Burmester is located.

    Bus

    If you prefer to take the bus, go to the nearest bus stop at Avenida dos Aliados. Board the bus number 901 or 906. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Cais de Gaia'. From there, walk towards the river and follow the waterfront promenade to your left. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Largo Dom Luís I, where Burmester is situated.

    Walking

    If you are near the Ribeira District, you can walk to Burmester. Start at the Ribeira waterfront and head west along the riverbank towards the Dom Luís I Bridge. Cross the bridge on the upper level, and once you’re on the Vila Nova de Gaia side, follow the signs for the wine cellars. Walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes, and you will find Largo Dom Luís I, where Burmester is located.

    Tram

    From the city center, make your way to the Praça da Ribeira tram stop. Board the historic Tram 1 towards Jardim do Passeio Alegre. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Cais de Gaia' stop. From there, head towards the waterfront and follow the promenade left until you reach Largo Dom Luís I, where Burmester is located.
