Getting There

  • Metro

    Start your journey at any metro station in Porto. Take the Line A (Blue Line) towards Estádio do Dragão. You will need to transfer at the Trindade station to Line D (Yellow Line) towards Hospital de São João. Get off at the Campanhã station and then transfer to Line B (Red Line) towards Póvoa de Varzim. Finally, get off at the São Bento station. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Casa Escondida. Exit the station and head south on Rua do Comércio do Porto. Continue straight until you reach Rua de Cima do Muro. Turn right and you'll find Casa Escondida at 4050-064 Vitória.

  • Bus

    Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 200 or 303 towards São Bento. Get off at the stop named 'Carmo'. From there, walk down Rua do Carmo until you reach the intersection with Rua de Cima do Muro. Turn left on Rua de Cima do Muro and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Casa Escondida will be on your right at 4050-064 Vitória.

    If you're already in the city center, you can walk to Casa Escondida. From the iconic Livraria Lello, head east on Rua das Carmelitas. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Cima do Muro. Turn right on Rua de Cima do Muro and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see Casa Escondida at 4050-064 Vitória on your right.

    Take the historic tram line 1 from the Ribeira area. Ride until you reach the Infante station. From there, walk up Rua do Infante D. Henrique until you reach Rua do Comércio do Porto. Turn right and continue to the junction with Rua de Cima do Muro. Turn left on Rua de Cima do Muro and after a short walk, you will arrive at Casa Escondida at 4050-064 Vitória.
