Metro
If you're near the São Bento Metro Station, take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Hospital de São João. Get off at the Campo 24 de Agosto station. From there, exit the station and head north on Rua de Passos Manuel. Continue straight until you reach Praça de Gomes Teixeira, where Fonte dos Leões is located.
Bus
From the Aliados Avenue, board bus number 204, which goes towards Foz do Douro. Get off at the stop called Praça de Gomes Teixeira. The Fonte dos Leões is a short walk from there, right in the square.
Walking
If you are near the Livraria Lello, start by heading southeast on Rua das Carmelitas. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua de Cândido dos Reis. Turn left onto Rua de Cândido dos Reis and keep walking straight. After a few blocks, you will reach Praça de Gomes Teixeira, where Fonte dos Leões is located.
Tram
From the Ribeira area, take the Tram Line 1 towards Passeio Alegre. Get off at the stop called Infante. Walk up to Rua de Infante Dom Henrique, turn right, and continue straight until you reach Praça de Gomes Teixeira. Fonte dos Leões will be in the square.
