Getting There

  • Metro

    Take the Metro from any station in Porto. If you are near the historic center, the nearest metro station is 'Aliados.' Board the Metro line A (Blue line) towards 'Senhor de Matosinhos.' After 7 stops, get off at 'Casa da Música.' From the metro station, exit towards 'Avenida da Boavista' and walk north until you reach 'Estrada Interior da Circunvalação.' The park entrance will be on your right.

  • Bus

    You can take bus number 200 or 207 from 'Campo 24 de Agosto' bus station. Make sure to check the bus schedule at the stop. Ride the bus for about 15-20 minutes, then get off at 'Parque da Cidade' stop. From there, walk a short distance down 'Estrada Interior da Circunvalação' until you reach the park entrance.

  • Walking

    If you are staying in the city center, you can enjoy a scenic walk to 'Parque da Cidade do Porto.' Head towards the 'Avenida de Boavista' and walk west. Continue straight for about 30 minutes. You will pass through 'Jardim do Calém' and 'Parque de Serralves' along the way. Once you reach 'Estrada Interior da Circunvalação,' the entrance to the park will be ahead on your left.

  • Tram

    If you are close to the river, take Tram line 1 from 'Infante' towards 'Passeio Alegre.' After approximately 25 minutes, get off at 'Avenida de Montevideu.' From there, walk east along 'Avenida de Montevideu' until you reach the intersection with 'Estrada Interior da Circunvalação.' Turn right, and you will find the park entrance shortly.
