Getting There

  • Metro

    From the city center, head to the nearest metro station, São Bento. Take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Hospital de São João. Ride for about 10 minutes and disembark at the last stop, Jardim do Morro. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs to the Jardim do Morro park. From there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Porto and the Douro River. Continue walking towards the bridge, and after crossing it, you will find yourself in Vila Nova de Gaia. Planet Cork is located at Rua do Choupelo 39, just a short 5-minute walk from the bridge.

  • Bus

    If you prefer taking a bus, head to the nearest bus stop in the city center, such as Aliados. Look for bus number 902 towards Vila Nova de Gaia. The journey will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the stop called Choupelo, which is close to Planet Cork. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes down Rua do Choupelo, and you'll reach your destination at number 39.

  • Walking

    If you enjoy walking, you can stroll along the Ribeira waterfront in Porto. Start at the Cais da Ribeira area, and follow the path along the Douro River towards the Dom Luís I Bridge. Cross the bridge on the upper level, and once you are on the Gaia side, follow the signs for Rua do Choupelo. It will take approximately 30 minutes to reach Planet Cork on foot, allowing you to take in the scenic views along the river.
