Getting there

Metro

If you are near the city center, head to the nearest metro station, such as 'Aliados' or 'São Bento'. Take the metro line A (blue line) towards 'Senhora da Hora'. After 6 stops, get off at 'Casa da Música' station. From there, transfer to line B (yellow line) towards 'Estádio do Dragão' and get off at 'Casa da Música' station. Exit the station and walk towards the Avenida da Boavista. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the exit towards 'Praia da Luz'. Walk downhill towards the coast until you reach R. da Praia. Turn left, and you will find Praia do Ourigo at R. da Praia 6.

Bus

Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 200, which goes towards 'Foz do Douro'. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia do Ourigo' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk down R. da Praia, and you will arrive at Praia do Ourigo located at R. da Praia 6. This route offers beautiful views of the coastline.

Walking

If you are in the Foz area or nearby, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Praia do Ourigo. Start at Avenida de Montevideu and head towards the coast. Follow the path along the coastline, enjoying the view of the Atlantic Ocean. Continue straight until you see the beach. Once you reach R. da Praia, turn left and walk until you reach number 6, where Praia do Ourigo is located.

Taxi or Ride-sharing

For a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply input 'Praia do Ourigo, R. da Praia 6, 4150-196 Porto' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the location. This option is convenient, especially if you are traveling with luggage or in a group.
