Metro
If you're starting from the Trindade Metro Station, take the Metro Line D (Yellow line) towards Santo Ovídio. Get off at the next stop, which is the São Bento Metro Station. From there, exit the station and follow the signs to the main exit. Once outside, you will be in front of the beautiful São Bento Train Station.
Walking
From São Bento Train Station, walk straight down Rua de 31 de Janeiro until you reach the intersection with Rua das Flores. Turn left onto Rua das Flores and continue walking until you reach number 222, where The CAT is located. The walk should take approximately 10 minutes.
Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from São Bento Train Station, walk to the nearby bus stop at 'Praça Almeida Garrett'. Take bus number 200 or 204. Get off at the 'Cordoaria Nacional' stop. From there, it's a short walk: head north on Rua de São Bento da Vitória, then turn left onto Rua das Flores. Continue until you reach number 222.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber. Simply input 'R. das Flores 222, 4000 Porto' as your destination. Depending on traffic, the ride from most central locations in Porto should take about 5 to 15 minutes.
