I had half a day left and booked the tour, for Lovelle and the Porto wine. I kept getting lost and delayed , and the customer service was excellent !! Goncalo from Charming tours , assisted me and walked me through the many challenges other foreign visitors would assume was easy and normal , he was my savior at navigating through these difficulties and made my last movements in Porto so memorable !!
