Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Sintra. Head northwest on Rua das Padarias towards Rua do Comércio. Turn right onto Avenida Doutor Alfredo da Costa (N247), and follow the signs for Parque e Palácio da Pena. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the entrance to the park. Park your car at the designated parking areas. From there, you can either walk about 20 minutes uphill or take a shuttle bus (for approximately €3 one way) that runs to the palace and The Warrior Statue.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, go to the Sintra train station. From there, you can catch the Scotturb bus number 434, which goes directly to both the Pena Palace and The Warrior Statue. The bus fare is around €5 for a round trip. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for the Pena Palace, and from there, The Warrior Statue is a short walk away, following the signs.

For those who prefer to walk, if you are in the center of Sintra, take the path toward the Pena Palace. Starting from the Sintra town center, follow Rua da Rainha to the Palace entrance.
