Once you arrive at Almada, disembark at the 'Largo 1º de Maio' stop. From the bus stop, walk 5 minutes straight towards Largo 1º de Maio, and you will find the Castle Garden on your left.

    If you are near the Setúbal waterfront, start from the ferry terminal. Walk towards the ferry docks and take the ferry to Cacilhas. This trip takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Cacilhas, exit the ferry terminal and walk uphill towards the main street, Rua dos Prazeres. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Largo 1º de Maio where the Castle Garden is located.
