From Setúbal city center, walk to the Setúbal train station (Estação de Setúbal), which is about a 10-minute walk from Praça do Brasil. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the train to 'Lisboa - Cais do Sodré.' Upon arrival at Cais do Sodré station, follow the signs to the metro and take the metro to 'Alameda' station. Transfer to the green line and ride it to 'Cascais.' Once you reach Cascais, exit the station and take bus number 153 towards 'Caparica.' Get off at the stop 'Costa da Caparica', which is the main beach area.
