Bus
From Cascais, head to the Cascais Bus Station, which is located near the Cascais train station. Look for the bus service to Almada or Caparica (Bus 403 or Bus 405). Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. It will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Caparica, get off at the stop nearest to the Miradouro dos Capuchos, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to the viewpoint.
Train and Bus
Start at the Cascais train station and take the train towards Cais do Sodré. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, transfer to the metro and take Line Green (Linha Verde) to the stop 'Alameda'. From there, switch to the bus (Bus 101 or 106) towards Caparica. Get off at the stop for Miradouro dos Capuchos. This journey will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can walk from the center of Cascais to Caparica, but be prepared for a long journey (approximately 2-3 hours). Start by heading towards the coastline and follow the promenade along the beach. Continue until you reach the Caparica area. From there, ask locals for directions to Miradouro dos Capuchos, which is situated on a hilltop.
