From Setúbal city center, walk to the Setúbal bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Take the bus number 561 towards Lisbon (Lisboa). After approximately 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at the Sete Rios bus terminal in Lisbon. From there, you can catch the metro (blue line) from the Jardim Zoológico station towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the São Sebastião station. Transfer to the red line (Aeroporto) and travel one stop to the Alameda station. Finally, exit the metro and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Alto do Parque, Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira.
