From Setúbal, walk to the Setúbal bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Take the bus to Lisbon, which usually departs every 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Lisbon, head to the metro station nearby (Campo de Ourique) and take the metro to the 'Martim Moniz' station (Green Line). Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Miradouro da Senhora do Monte'. It's about a 15-minute walk uphill. You will walk along Rua da Palma, then take a right onto Rua do Monte until you reach Largo Monte, where the viewpoint is located.
