    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Setúbal train station, exit and head east on Avenida da Liberdade towards Praça do Comércio. Once you reach Praça do Comércio, look for signs to catch Tram 15. Board Tram 15 heading towards Algés. Stay on the tram for about 30 minutes. When you reach the 'Belém' stop, disembark and walk towards the river. Follow the path along the waterfront until you reach the magnificent Praça do Império, where the Museu de Marinha is located.

    Public Transport (Bus and Tram)

    Start at Setúbal's central bus station. Take the bus number 560 towards Lisbon. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Lisbon's Sete Rios Bus Terminal. From there, switch to the Metro (Blue Line) and travel to 'Baixa-Chiado' station. Change to the Green Line and go to 'Cais do Sodré'. Exit and catch Tram 15 towards Algés. After a scenic ride of about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Belém' stop, and walk towards Praça do Império. The museum will be right there.
