Walking
From the center of Setúbal, make your way to the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Head east on Rua da Liberdade toward Avenida Luísa Todi. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the waterfront area. From the waterfront, look for the signs leading to the ferry terminal (Terminal Marítimo de Setúbal). Take the ferry to Lisbon, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal in Lisbon, exit the terminal and walk towards the Praça do Comércio, which is about a 15-minute walk straight down Rua do Arsenal until you reach the large square. The Yellow Bus Tours office is located at Praça do Comércio 31 34.

Public Transport
Start at the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal) and take a train to Lisbon (Lisboa). You will want to catch a train heading to Lisboa (usually labeled 'Lisboa - Roma' or similar). The journey will take around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisboa station (usually either Lisboa - Santa Apolónia or Lisboa - Rossio), exit the station and take the metro to Cais do Sodré station. From there, walk towards Praça do Comércio, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Yellow Bus Tours office is located at Praça do Comércio 31 34.
