Car
If you are driving from Sintra, take the IC19 road towards Cascais. Follow the signs for Cascais and merge onto the A5 motorway. Take exit 10 towards Cascais and continue on the N247 road. Follow the N247 until you reach the traffic circle at Avenida da República. Take the second exit onto Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra and continue straight until you reach R. Franklin Lamas. The park will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but make sure to check for any fees or time restrictions.

Public Transportation (Train)
From Sintra, take the Sintra Line train towards Cascais. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Cascais station. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a bus. To walk, head southeast on Av. 25 de Abril, continue onto Rua da Liberdade, then turn left onto R. Franklin Lamas. The park will be on your right. If you prefer to take a bus, catch the number 403 or 414 from the Cascais bus terminal, which will take you closer to the park. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
