Train
From Sintra, walk to the Sintra train station. Once there, purchase a ticket to Oeiras. The train to Oeiras departs regularly, so check the schedule on the screens at the station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Oeiras station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the waterfront area, where you will find Praia da Torre.
Bus
From the Sintra city center, head to the bus stop located near the Sintra train station. Look for the bus line number 435 that goes to Oeiras. After boarding, enjoy the ride which will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia da Torre' stop. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes towards the beach along the coast, and you will arrive at Praia da Torre.

If you are feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can walk to Praia da Torre from Sintra. Begin at the Sintra National Palace and head down towards the town center. Follow signs for the IC19 road and continue walking towards Oeiras. This route is approximately 12 km and will take around 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
