Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the A5 motorway from your current location in Estremadura. Follow the signs for Cascais and Lisbon. Once on the A5, stay on this road for approximately 15 km. Take the exit towards Oeiras and merge onto the N11. Continue on the N11 until you reach the signs for Praia da Torre. Follow the local road signs that direct you to Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras. There is parking available near the beach, but be aware of any parking fees that may apply.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Praia da Torre using public transportation, start by finding the nearest train station in your area. Take the CP (Comboios de Portugal) train on the Cascais line towards Cascais. Disembark at Oeiras station. From Oeiras station, you can take the local bus number 114 or 150 towards Praia da Torre. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for times and frequency. Once you arrive at the bus stop near the beach, it's a short walk to Praia da Torre.

• Combination of Car and Public Transportation

  If you prefer to drive part of the way, you can take your car to Oeiras and park at the Oeiras train station. From there, take the train on the Cascais line to the Oeiras station. After arriving at Oeiras station, you can catch bus number 114 or 150 to Praia da Torre. This method allows you to avoid the traffic closer to the beach while still enjoying the scenic train ride.
