Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Parque da Liberdade. Enter the park and follow the path that leads uphill towards the Castelo de Sintra. After about 20-30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the castle, where Cisterna is located.

    From the Sintra train station, you can take the bus number 434, which is a tourist bus that goes directly to both the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. Make sure to get off at the stop labeled 'Castelo dos Mouros'. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the Castelo de Sintra, where you will find Cisterna.
