If you are starting from Sintra train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Alfredo Costa). Turn left and walk along the road for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of the Sintra National Palace. Continue walking straight, passing the palace on your right. Head towards the town center (Centro Histórico) and keep walking straight until you reach the Praça da República. From the square, take the street that leads to the left, Rua das Padarias, and then turn onto Rua da Ferraria. Follow this road until you reach the Fonte Mourisca.
