Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto N110 towards Fátima. Continue on this road for approximately 25 kilometers, and then look for signs directing you to Fátima. Once in Fátima, follow the signs for R. dos Pastorinhos, and you will find Francisco and Jacinta's House at number 42.
