Walking
From the main square in Tomar, Praça da República, head east on Rua Serpa Pinto. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will find a small path that leads directly to the Convento de Cristo. Follow the path, and you will see the Hermitage of Nossa Senhora da Conceição on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Tomar city center, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Praça da República. Take the bus number 1 or 2 heading towards the Convento de Cristo. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the Convento. From there, follow the signs for the Hermitage of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, which is a short walk uphill from the main entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Tomar. Start from the city center and head towards the Convento de Cristo. There are bike paths leading to the site. Once you arrive at the Convento, park your bike at the designated area, and follow the walking path to the Hermitage of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, which is located within the grounds of the convent.
