If you are driving from the larger city of Bragança, head southwest on the A4 motorway. Continue on the A4 for approximately 105 km, then take exit 18 towards Anreade. Follow the signs for Anreade, and once you reach the town, follow the local signs to Caldas de Aregos. The journey takes around 1.5 hours, and expect to pay a toll on the A4.

The train journey from Porto to Anreade will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Anreade station, you can either take a taxi (approximately 10-15 euros) or a local bus (if available) to reach Caldas de Aregos, which is about a 5 km drive away.
