Start at the main square of Viana do Castelo, Praça da República. From the square, head east towards Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the train station, Estação de Viana do Castelo. At the train station, you can catch a train towards Braga. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and you should disembark at Braga train station.

From the main square, Praça da República, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Look for a bus that goes to Braga. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and you will want to get off at the bus terminal in Braga. Once you arrive, it's a short 10-minute walk to Largo do Barão de São Martinho. Head east on Avenida da Liberdade and continue straight until you reach Largo do Barão de São Martinho.
