Start at the central square of Vila Real, Praça da República. Head south on Rua de Trás. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Rua de Cima. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Portugal. Cross Avenida de Portugal and continue onto Rua da Alegria. Follow this road for approximately 1 km, which will lead you out of the city center. After exiting the city, stay on the main path until you reach a fork. Take the left path which leads towards the countryside. Follow the signs towards Piocas de Cima. The destination is approximately 1.5 km from this point.
